About AAA Electric · Since 1962

You never think about a motor until it stops.

When a motor works the way it’s supposed to, you don’t even know it exists. Your pool stays clean. Your house stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Your equipment serves your customers. The whole time, a motor is making that happen — quietly, efficiently, in the background, delivering exactly what you expect.

And when it stops, you’ve got a problem you need solved immediately. That’s usually the day people find us.

The Story

Our shop is a lot like the motors we fix.

We’ve operated quietly and efficiently for over sixty years. Our dad, Jim Bramlett, Sr., started this business with his two brothers at 3295 Jackson Ave in 1962 — the exact place it stands today. Still working. Still fixing what’s broken.

You probably didn’t know we existed before a motor stopped working in your home or your business. Or maybe we’ve repaired one for you before — Jimbo answered the call after hours, Mike explained what was wrong and how to get it to us, and Bill rewound it from the ground up. The pool cleared back up, the motor ran better than it ever had, and you came back when the next thing quit.

That’s why we’re still open. Like the motors we fix, we just work.

Who You’ll Deal With

Three brothers, one call

Jimbo answers

Jim Bramlett, Jr. picks up the phone — including evenings and weekends. When a customer’s building lost its water pump on a Friday night, he’s the one who stayed late to fix it.

“Jim is a great guy. They do great work at a reasonable price.” — Vince H.

Mike explains

Mike tells you what’s actually wrong, what it costs to fix, and how to get it to the shop — and if it isn’t worth fixing, he says so. Most pool pumps that come through this shop cross his bench.

“Mike and the guys are super knowledgeable and are willing to take on tough challenges.” — Patrick G.

Bill rebuilds

Bill rewinds motors from the ground up — copper wire, new bearings, baked varnish — the way this shop has done it since 1962. Between the three of them is more than 120 years of motor repair.

“Rebuilt right, for about half the price of new.” — The house promise

Why People Trust Us

We fix motors. We don’t sell them.

That one fact explains most of how we operate. A shop that sells new motors profits every time you give up on an old one. We have no motors to sell you — so our only business is making yours run again, and our only advertising is that it does.

It’s also why we won’t guess at a price over the phone, and why the estimate is free when you bring your motor in: we’d rather put eyes on it and tell you the truth than tell you something fast.

From a Google Review
Super happy to find an honest and great repair shop! Fixed my motor when the original seller told me they couldn’t sell me a replacement. Ready really fast too!
